Compared with the traditional S101, the SG101 series vanadium catalyst has higher activity. It can adapt to more stringent conversion conditions, as well as the reaction atmosphere with higher impurity content. The product applies to any section of the converter, especially the conversion of sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere of high sulfur dioxide or high sulfur trioxide.
SG101 vanadium catalyst has the following features:
1.A special formula process is adopted: diatomite carrier is modified and then compounded to increase the specific surface, pore volume and pore diameter of the catalyst, which is conducive to the adsorption reaction of sulfur dioxide on the catalyst surface and the desorption of sulfur trioxide;
2.SG101 series vanadium catalyst has a strong oxygen activation capacity and has a large specific surface area and pore volume, exposing more active centers.
